More functions on status pages

Hi,

I would like status pages to be more configurable.

- Sections in monitored services.

- Ability to add comments to incidents.

- Planned maintenance work.

Monitored services can now be grouped by section, all incidents can be commented and updated. Maintenance can also be planned in advance through the status page.
